Training times

Monday's 6.30pm till 7.30pm Junior Class

Monday's 7.30pm till 8.30pm Senior Class

Monday's 8.30pm till 9.30pm + (occasionally) Advanced training

Wednesday's 6.00pm till 7.00pm Junior Class

Wednesday's 7.00pm till 8.00pm Beginners

Wednesday's 8.00pm till 9.00pm Senior Class
