Welcome to Barry Kyokushin Karate Club’s website.

We are the only Kyokushin Karate Club in Barry that is part of the International Kyokushin Organisation (IKO). We are also affiliated with the Welsh Karate Governing Body (WKGB).

Obviously the safety and welfare of all our students is top priority to the clubs instructors Sensei Richard Males 3rd Dan (Chief Instructor), who has 30 years of experience and Senpai Phill Sedgmond 1st Dan (Assistant Instructor), who are fully Insured and Qualified to teach Kyokushin Karate. Both instructors are also fully trained in Emergency First Aid.
